Policies

All sessions — sound healing, tea ceremonies, and studio time — are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Please read the following carefully before booking.

• 48-hour cancellation: Full refund issued for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session.
• Under 48 hours: Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.
• No-shows: Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Scott or Sati cancels: In the rare event we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your preference.
• Group sessions: Group bookings require 72-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

North Star Sanctuary events are intimate, ticketed gatherings with limited seating. Please review our ticket policy before purchasing.

• Tickets are non-refundable: However, tickets may be transferred to another person or converted to a credit toward any future Living Dream event. Just reach out before the event and we'll take care of you.
• Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact us with the new attendee's name before the event.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled by The Living Dream, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
• Postponement: If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds are not issued for postponements.
• Capacity: Events are strictly limited to 20–30 seats. Tickets are first-come, first-served.

Studio bookings are subject to the following terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

• Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to hold your studio date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
• Cancellation: Deposits are refundable with 72-hour notice. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
• Remote mixing: Payment in full is required before work begins on remote mixing and mastering projects.
• Revisions: Remote projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate.
• File delivery: Final files are delivered within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by client feedback are not counted against the delivery window.

• Data collected: We collect only the information you provide — name, email, and any details shared in booking or inquiry forms.
• How it's used: Your information is used solely to respond to inquiries, process bookings, and send updates you've opted into.
• No selling: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
• Email list: If you join our list, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
• Cookies: This website may use basic cookies for analytics. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies.

North Star Sanctuary is a sacred, intentional space. We ask all guests to honor the environment and each other.

• Respect the space: Please treat the sanctuary, its contents, and the natural surroundings with care.
• Arrive on time: Late arrivals disrupt the experience for all guests. Please plan accordingly.
• Phones & devices: We ask that phones be silenced and put away during all ceremonies and events.
• Substances: Alcohol and recreational substances are not permitted at any Living Dream event or session.
• Right to refuse: The Living Dream reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior disrupts the safety or sanctity of the space.
